By accessing or using the Mailpott platform, provided by Candlewood Concept, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Account Eligibility & Verification

To use our Omni-channel suite, you must provide accurate business information including your CAC registration and TIN. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that fail Meta’s Business Verification or Twilio’s Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.

2. AI-Generated Content Policy

Mailpott provides AI tools to assist in content creation. However:

• User Responsibility: You are 100% responsible for the accuracy and legality of all AI-generated messages sent through your account.
• No Deception: You may not use Mailpott AI to impersonate government officials, medical professionals, or financial institutions.
• Ethical Use: AI must not be used to generate hate speech, harassment, or fraudulent "phishing" content.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance. Usage-based fees (e.g., WhatsApp per-conversation charges or SMS per-segment charges) are deducted from your balance. Failure to maintain a positive balance may result in service interruption.

5. Limitation of Liability

Candlewood Concept shall not be liable for any damages resulting from account bans imposed by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Twilio Inc. due to user violations of their respective policies.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the platform for any reason, including but not limited to, breach of these terms or activities that harm the reputation of Mailpott.
